Simply archive this staff member and replace with your new staff member. If by chance you aren’t planning to replace this staff member, you can also choose to adjust your subscription accordingly.

When setting up an account with ShiftCare you will need to set up a credit card payment system which will automatically be debited monthly/yearly based on your subscription term.

SMS are charged at $0.10 per sms. SMS are charged at the end of your billing month.

Yes, admin users / managers are counted in staff licenses/numbers.

Yes, we charge for a minimum of at least 5 staff/licenses.

Yes, all of our prices are GST exclusive.

Cancel anytime and you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for all charges incurred for the current billing period. If you have incurred any SMS charges, they will be settled on the day you cancel your account.
