  • How do I start using ShiftCare?

    Simply start your 14-day free trial. At the end of your trial, simply select the plan most suitable to your requirements and enter your payment information.

  • What type of support will I recieve?

    You will recieve access to our Knowledge Base which contains a wealth of information about our features. If by chance you don’t find what you are looking for, simply send an email to our support team for a quick response

  • What are your support hours?

    Our support hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm AEDT

  • Can I request training for my team?

    You can access all training material – Knowledgebase and vidoes through our help section. This is accessible directly through your account.

  • How secure is ShiftCare?

    Very secure. The ShiftCare app is hosted in an enterprise-grade hosting facility in Australia with AWS hosting.

  • What about backup and data?

    Our servers are hosted in Australia on AWS. Backups are completed daily.

  • Do you charge for clients in the system too?

    No, and every account comes with 500 active clients. If you need additional client limit, you can request it with our sales team.

  • Can i download my data?

    Yes, of-course. You can download your data anytime whilst you have an active account. All data is downloadable in CSV format.

  • Can our clients access their rosters?

    Yes, you can invite your clients to access their information e.g. rosters, invoices etc. via the ShiftCare Connect. Please let us know if you want ShiftCare Connect enabled on your account.

  • What happens when I get more staff?

    That’s excellent news, you can simply go to your subscirption page and change it accordingly.

  • What happens when one of my staff leaves?

    Simply archive this staff member and replace with your new staff member. If by chance you aren’t planning to replace this staff member, you can also choose to adjust your subscription accordingly.

  • How will I be billed?

    When setting up an account with ShiftCare you will need to setup credit card payment system which will automatically be debited monthly based on your subscription value.

  • How are SMS messages charged?

    SMS can be pre-paid in blocks of 500 SMS per month. ShiftCare keeps track of your SMS usage so you can check at any time.

  • Do Admin users/managers get charged?

    Yes, admin users / managers are counted in staff numbers.

  • Do you charge GST?

    Yes, all of our prices are GST exclusive.
