Introducing 3 new time savers

We’ve been working on making ShiftCare functions faster and more efficient. Below features are released in March.

Introducing Client Management System

This feature gives you the opportunity to better personalise the information for your clients without the wait. Detailed Client Profiles makes management more accurate. We’ve enhanced the very important area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). By allowing you to create customer profiles in greater detail, you’re able to better understand, and then provide the appropriate services to your clients.

Creating a new Client Profile takes a couple of seconds to do. Drop down menus allow you to enter the client’s name which is the only mandatory field. You can then save their profile and populate further information at a later date.

The menu prompts you to include relevant details that will help in the Clients’ care and are all visible on one screen:

  • Demographic Details
  • Photo
  • Additional Contact
  • Funds with an expiry date
  • Settings
  • Invoices with status
  • Documents with an expiry date
  • Additional information

The Additional Information section allows notes to be made outside the normal care plan documentation. This might include things like pets that might need to be taken care of clients’ preferences on an array of different subjects.

Add Price and Price Book easily

Another time-saving feature is that your Price Book. It is easily downloaded in CSV format. The result is instant portability across ShiftCare into your systems, and vice versa.

Firstly it’s important to point out the difference between Price and Price Book on ShiftCare. Price is where you enter the specific price of care determined by NDIS or your own pricing structure. Price Book allows you to enter the rates for each category, for example, Personal Care, Assistance, Meal Preparation etc.

You can vary rates for a number of different fields taking into account time of the day, the day of the week (including public holidays), per hour rates, kms travelled, NDIA reference numbers and effective dates.

Less time, easier tasks, greater efficiency

We are constantly improving the efficiency and speed of ShiftCare – upgrades to make your life easier and functionality more extensive and faster to use.

Dashboard: It enables you to monitor shifts and metrics in real-time and on the go. From this week, you can load schedules on the calendar more easily which means you can spend less time sitting in front of your computer. You can also expand and merge areas which will save you more time. Now you can only expand the Area that you are working on and hide the rest.

Invoicing Page: Our online invoicing is on the cloud which gives you the ability to manage client information and billing from one application. You can use on your desktop, tablet, or smartphone. In this release, we have increased the speed of Invoicing page. Now you will no longer be waiting for invoice page to load or return to this page in snail speed. Your invoices are now loaded instantly. Invoices page is faster and faster means compensation is also received faster and faster. This may not seem like a biggie, but it’s going to help delays and barriers in daily workflow.
