Can Clients access their Rosters?
You can chose to provide roster access to your clients via the ShiftCare Connect. Please let us know if you want ShiftCare Connect enabled on your account.
What are your support hours?
ShiftCare offers phone and email support Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm AEST. Speak to our team if you have specific requirements outside of these hours.
What about when employees leave?
Within ShiftCare there is the ability to archive employees so if they return you can resurrect their account without having to re-enter their details. Archived employees are not counted within your subscription.
What does ‘Active User’ mean?
An active user is a staff member (someone providing a service of a shift) or Admin user who has not been archived.
Can I request training for my team?
ShiftCare offers comprehensive training as well as an extensive knowledge base. Contact us to discuss your training requirements.
How will I be billed?
When setting up an account with ShiftCare you will need to setup Direct Debit or credit card payment system which will automatically be debited based on your subscription term.
How are SMS charged?
SMS can be pre-paid in blocks of 500 SMS per month. ShiftCare keeps track of your SMS usage so you can check at any time.
Do admin users / managers get charged?
Yes, Admin users are counted in staff numbers.
